Peel police are looking for a suspect accused of throwing a woman to the ground before stealing her car in Mississauga last month.

The incident occurred near Preston Meadow Avenue Hurontario Street in the Thornwood Drive Eglinton Avenue East area, on the afternoon of February 8.

The police said a woman stopped her car at a community mailbox, and when she got out, an unknown man approached her and assaulted her.
