Montreal train hits a 71-year-old man

A 71-year-old man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after being hit by a passenger train in West Montreal yesterday afternoon, Thursday.

The man was waiting for the train at 4:20 PM when he was injured at the West Montreal train station.

A spokesman for Urgences-Santé said the man is being treated for serious injuries to the upper and lower parts of his body, including injuries to the leg and head.

In addition to treating two train conductors for shock.
