The people of Gaza are struggling to survive at a time when water, electricity, bread, and anything a person needs to stay alive are unavailable.
The Israeli aggression did not stop targeting buildings, bakeries, and all vital facilities in the afflicted Gaza Strip, and hospitals were not spared from the random and violent bombing.
As confirmed by the spokesperson of the Palestinian Red Crescent, Ahmed Jibril, in a phone intervention on the program "Sabah Al-Nas" on Monday, October 30, 2023, the surroundings of a hospital specialized for cancer patients were targeted early this morning.
Jibril also pointed to the targeting of Al-Quds Hospital affiliated with the Red Crescent Society, where its surroundings near the oxygen generator were bombed.
The spokesperson also stressed that the shedding of Palestinian blood continues, and the number of martyrs is steadily rising, and hundreds of missing persons remain under the rubble, whom the ambulance crews cannot reach due to the targeting.
He confirmed that amid the severe shortage of medical equipment and supplies, great reliance is placed on the medical staff despite the psychological exhaustion they suffer from as well as physical fatigue.
Since allowing the entry of aid, only 114 trucks loaded with water, food, and simple medical supplies have entered the Gaza Strip, which is the number of trucks that used to enter the strip in one day before the Israeli aggression began, according to Ahmed Jibril, who pointed out that four months of stockpiles were depleted within a few days due to the situation and intense bombing.
