The Canadian Ministry of Environment announced an approaching snowstorm on its way to Toronto, expected to start early Tuesday morning, and it will have a strong impact on the opportunity for students and workers to go to their schools and jobs.
The Ministry of Environment also warned drivers about the dangers of traveling on the roads, and also warned against traveling during the day due to snow accumulation across the Greater Toronto Area, including Caledon, Newmarket, Georgina, and Oxbridge.
These areas are expected to witness heavy snowfall, with thickness ranging between 10 to 15 cm,
and the meteorological department indicated that by evening, freezing rain is likely to begin falling over the Greater Toronto Area.
