The Canadian Environmental Agency issued a special weather statement for Toronto, where rainfall periods will begin in the city late Friday evening and continue until Saturday.

The meteorological agency said that clouds will increase in the afternoon with rainfall reaching about five millimeters in the evening, accompanied by easterly winds that could reach speeds of 40 km/h, with temperatures expected to reach 7 degrees Celsius.

Rainfall continues until Saturday, ranging from 10 to 15 mm with winds reaching speeds of 30 to 50 km/h, and temperatures will reach 9 degrees Celsius during the day but may drop below freezing at night.

Rainfall is expected to end Saturday evening.

The average temperature rise on March 8 is 2.3 degrees Celsius, and the highest amount of rainfall on this date was 28.7 mm in 1961.
