Ottawa – Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly emphasized on Friday the importance of working with allies and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to reach a fair peace agreement for Ukraine, amid the ongoing Russian aggression. We know that President Vladimir Putin does not recognize red lines, and if left unchecked, NATO territory may be threatened, putting all of us at risk."
