Man stabbed near metro station in Montreal

A 27-year-old man was arrested yesterday, Wednesday, in connection with an armed attack that took place on Tuesday night near Atwater Metro station.

Meanwhile, the police said that a 25-year-old man was stabbed in the upper part of his body around 7 p.m. near Atwater.Maisonneuve Boulevard, Avenue

The victim was in stable condition until Wednesday evening.

The spokesperson for the Montreal Police (SPVM), Constable Véronique Dubois, also said that the assault was drug-related.

She added that the two men know each other well
