The Central Criminal Investigations Unit of the Ottawa Police is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect in an assault that occurred in downtown Ottawa on December 31, 2024.
According to a statement from the Ottawa Police, the assault took place in the area of North Lyon Street and Albert Street around 11:30 PM. Police clarified that the victim did not sustain serious injuries.
The suspect is described as a white woman, aged between 20 and 30, with blonde hair. She was wearing a long winter coat in white and carrying a black bag at the time of the incident.
