A recent medical study revealed that deep fat accumulated in the abdominal cavity, known as visceral fat, not only contributes to weight gain but also directly stimulates chronic inflammation in the body, increasing the chances of developing serious diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
According to CTV News, researchers explained that this type of fat secretes inflammatory compounds, most notably Interleukin-6 and Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha, which attack blood vessels and lead to serious metabolic disorders.
⚠️ Health risks associated with visceral fat:
▪️ Increased chronic inflammation in the body.
▪️ Elevated blood pressure and harmful cholesterol.
▪️ Increased risk of heart disease and strokes.
Ways to reduce deep fat and decrease inflammation:
🔹 Engage in aerobic exercises such as brisk walking and cycling for at least 150 minutes per week.
🔹 Reduce the consumption of sugar-rich foods and beverages and refined carbohydrates.
🔹 Improve sleep quality and maintain regular sleep of 7 to 9 hours daily.
🔹 Manage stress through meditation and deep breathing exercises.
🔹 Consume foods rich in soluble fiber and protein to enhance feelings of fullness and support healthy metabolism.
Experts confirmed that adopting an active and balanced lifestyle is the most important step not only to reduce waist circumference but also to decrease chronic inflammation and protect cardiovascular health in the long term.
