The Toronto police have charged a person with second-degree murder in connection with the death of a man who fell from a balcony after a fight inside a residential building in Toronto.
The incident also occurred near Shuter Church Street on April 24 shortly before midnight.
According to investigators, the victim, 38-year-old Ryan Williams, was involved in a fight inside the apartment he shared with his mother.
The police also told reporters that Williams fell from a height and landed on some scaffolding, and he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The police said yesterday, Saturday, that the suspect identified as 29-year-old Joshua Pilgram has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
