A girl in her twenties was found dead, affected by the injuries she sustained as a result of a car collision near the Manitoba Highway.
Moose Jaw Police had announced that an 18-year-old girl died from the injuries she sustained in a collision with a car driven by her coworker last Thursday.
On March 14, 2024, Moose Jaw Police responded to a car collision with a girl on Highway 1 near the Manitoba Highway.
A press release from Moose Jaw Police stated that the girl, who was working at the time, was hit by her coworker in a work vehicle that was moving at a low speed.
The police said the girl was immediately transported to the hospital before being moved to Regina, and she died from her injuries.
A section of Highway 1 near the Manitoba Highway in Moose Jaw was also closed last Thursday following the collision.
The police and the Saskatchewan Forensic Service said they are continuing the investigation into the accident and will not have any further comments at this time.
