The Canadian Environmental Agency continues its warnings of the prevailing bad weather across Canada, and a record drop in temperatures by Wednesday, combined with a low-pressure system near the Pacific Ocean, specifically over British Columbia during the day.

It also pointed out that most areas of Alberta and Saskatchewan are still under the influence of snow and ice accumulation
Temperatures are also expected to drop during the night hours, reaching -40 and -50 degrees Celsius in some areas.
The Canadian Environment also warned southern Ontario and Quebec of ongoing snowstorms, which are experiencing a new snowstorm along the Jacques Cartier Strait.

It also indicated that Atlantic Canada will experience cold weather, with warnings of snowfall extending across all parts of New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia.

It also warned of continued heavy snowfall everywhere, as the polar north flow moves southward.
