Canadian Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre has officially launched his election campaign, promising to rebuild Canada and restore the "Canadian promise" that he sees as lost due to the current government's policies. In an opening speech before his supporters, Poilievre stated that the upcoming elections represent a historic opportunity to get Canada back on track by implementing economic and social policies aimed at improving the standard of living, easing the tax burden, and addressing the housing crisis.

Poilievre said, "It has become impossible for many Canadians to own a home, and the cost of living has reached unprecedented levels. I will work to make homeownership affordable for everyone, and I will restore confidence in the Canadian economy."

The Conservative campaign focuses on several key points, most notably:

• Reducing taxes for individuals and businesses to boost economic growth.

• Reforming housing policies by increasing supply and speeding up construction processes.

• Enhancing security by tightening crime laws and increasing support for security agencies.

• Achieving energy independence by supporting local energy projects and reducing dependence on imports.

Poilievre emphasized that the current liberal government has failed to address the economic and social crises facing the country, noting that his plans will provide "practical solutions" to overcome these crises. He also criticized the government's record in dealing with the inflation crisis and the decline in citizens' purchasing power, pledging "strong and swift" measures to restore economic stability.

Poilievre committed to rebuilding trust between the government and citizens, asserting that "Canadian voters deserve new leadership capable of facing challenges and delivering tangible results."

Forecasts indicate that Poilievre's campaign will face fierce competition from the incumbent Liberal Party, especially amid rising public discontent over soaring living costs and slowing economic growth. As the election race enters its early stages, this campaign is expected to be one of the most competitive in modern Canadian history.
