The police in Quebec City yesterday arrested two people in connection with the death of a 14-month-old child in a daycare.
A 30-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman were arrested
For its part, the police said they went to respond to a call about an unconscious child in a daycare in the Beauport borough of Quebec City on March 21.
The police and paramedics performed resuscitation maneuvers on the child, who was taken to the hospital, but he died a few hours later.
The police say the child had attended the daycare where the incident occurred, but they did not disclose any other information.
