He delivered a controversial message on the occasion of Christmas that included political references to several international issues:

1. China and the Panama Canal:

• He referred to the Chinese soldiers working in the Panama Canal as “lovingly but illegally.”

• He criticized the situation, stating that the United States is investing billions of dollars in the canal's repair without having any authority or decision-making power over its management, reminding of the sacrifices of 38,000 people during the canal's construction 110 years ago.

2. Canada and its Prime Minister Justin Trudeau:

• He described Trudeau as “the ruler” and criticized the high taxes on Canadian citizens.

• He suggested that Canada become the 51st state of the United States, which would reduce taxes by more than 60%, double the business volume, and provide strong military protection.

3. Greenland:

• He pointed out Greenland's importance to U.S. national security, claiming that its people want the United States to be present there, which reinforces previous hints of the United States' desire to annex Greenland.
