The Palestinian presidency condemned the Israeli occupation for perpetrating a massacre at the "Tabe'ein" school, which shelters thousands of displaced people in the al-Daraj neighborhood of Gaza Strip, stating that it holds the American administration and the occupation responsible for it.
The Resistance Committees in Palestine had called for mobilization in response to the Tabe'ein massacre, saying: "Our call is to our people in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the occupied interior to mobilize and escalate the revolution and resistance."
It added that "the killing of the displaced in the Tabe'ein school was carried out using American weapons sent to the Zionist army," according to what was reported by Al Jazeera news network.
More than 100 Palestinians were martyred and dozens were injured early this Saturday in a new massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the displaced in Gaza City.
Local sources reported that the occupation's warplanes targeted the "Tabe'ein" school, which houses displaced people in the al-Daraj neighborhood east of Gaza City, with three direct missiles, during the time when the displaced were performing the dawn prayer.
It added that the bombardment resulted in the martyrdom and injury of most of the displaced in the school, while rescue and civil defense teams were unable to retrieve the bodies of all the martyrs, amid fears of an increase in the number of martyrs.
Both the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and the Fatah Movement called on the world to intervene to stop the Israeli occupation's massacres against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The spokesperson for the Fatah Movement in Gaza, Munther Al-Haik, stated that the occupation committed a significant and brutal crime against the displaced civilians in the Tabe'ein school in Gaza.
He added that "the blood of the children cries out to the global conscience to intervene to stop the holocaust and genocide being perpetrated by Israel in the Gaza Strip."
