Amid rising tensions in the Middle East, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made provocative statements, affirming Israel's ability to carry out military operations at any point in Iran if necessary.

This affirmation came during a speech delivered to new officers in the Israeli army, where he indicated that Israel today enjoys unprecedented operational freedom, following a series of airstrikes on Iranian targets.

Netanyahu confirmed that the goal of the Israeli army is to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, reflecting an escalation in the Israeli rhetoric towards Iranian threats.

In contrast, reports from CNN stated that Iran is planning a "decisive and painful" response to the Israeli strikes, reflecting its retreat from downplaying the seriousness of the operations carried out on October 25, which is the first time Israel has publicly acknowledged conducting strikes on Iranian territory.

For his part, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei commented on the attack, noting the need to neither exaggerate nor downplay it. According to informed sources, Tehran's expected response may come before the U.S. presidential elections on November 5, complicating the regional scene and reflecting the increasing intensity of the confrontation between the two parties.
