The Canadian environment has warned of severe thunderstorms in Montreal today, Wednesday.
The agency indicates that conditions are favorable for the development of dangerous thunderstorms capable of producing extremely strong winds, large hail, and heavy rainfall. The onset of very strong winds can cause damage to buildings, down trees, and displace large vehicles from the road.
Canadian Environment adds that people should avoid "water activities" as they may be unsafe due to violent and sudden wind gusts.
It continued, lightning kills and injures Canadians every year, remember when thunder roars, go indoors.
The agency urged families to be extremely cautious of the frightening weather that may occur today.
