A reward of $100,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Michael Baby, a 35-year-old man wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Sharmar Paul Flowers in the east end of Toronto last summer.
The reward was announced on Tuesday when the Toronto Police revealed the updated list for the "Be On the Lookout" (BOLO) program of the top 25 fugitives across Canada. Police confirmed that Baby tops the list this year, along with several other suspects from Toronto.
Overall, the BOLO program is offering a total reward of $1 million for information leading to the arrest of suspects on the list.
Among the other suspects from Toronto identified on this year's list is Christian Coxum, wanted for the murder of Edwin Alvarado in October 2022. Police said a reward of $100,000 is also being offered for information leading to the arrest of Coxum.
