Toronto police announced the arrest of two individuals after a man was pepper-sprayed, kicked, and kidnapped with a knife while pumping gas in Mississauga yesterday, Wednesday.
In a press release issued yesterday, Wednesday, Toronto police stated that the man was filling his Dodge Journey at a service station on Mavis Road and Central Parkway West, north of Dundas Street West, when he was confronted by three masked assailants.
The police said that one of them pulled out a knife and threatened the victim, adding that the armed perpetrator also demanded the car keys, while a second assailant sprayed pepper in the victim's face, and the third kicked the man, according to investigators.
The masked assailants fled in the victim's SUV, and the police claim they ended up on Young Street and Steeles Avenue in Toronto about two hours later at a home invasion.
The police responded to a call about the break and enter.
