An Israeli drone targeted a vehicle on the highway to the Hsbeh area in Sidon, the southern entrance to the city, Sidon-Ghazieh highway.
Initial reports indicate that two members of the "Hamas" movement were killed in the attack on the vehicle in Sidon, and that the target was Hamas security official Samer Al-Haj in Ain Al-Hilweh camp.
An ambulance belonging to the Civil Defense of the Islamic Scout Association was hit by artillery fire in the town of Mays Al-Jabal, and Commissioner Ali Mannaa was injured by shrapnel, while Disaster Management Commissioner Moussa Shaalan miraculously survived, according to the National News Agency.
The Ministry of Public Health issued a statement condemning "in the strongest terms the Israeli enemy's insistence on repeating its attacks on ambulance teams whose members risk their lives in southern Lebanon to save as many lives as possible as a result of the aggression".
The statement indicated that "the occupation forces targeted today a vehicle belonging to the Message Association in the town of Mays Al-Jabal while the association's team was carrying out a humanitarian health mission in the area. The team miraculously survived, noting that the commissioner was injured by shrapnel that required special treatment in the hospital".
The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health’s Emergency Operations Center announced in a statement that "a drone strike by the Israeli enemy this morning on the town of Naqoura resulted in the martyrdom of two individuals".
"Hezbollah" mourned its member Mahdi Mahmoud Qusaybani, nicknamed "Siraj", born in 1994 from the town of Harouf in southern Lebanon.
The party also mourned Hadi Jihad Dib, nicknamed "Haydar", born in 1997 from the town of Bafliyeh and a resident of Dabbal in southern Lebanon.
