A man is wanted after several people were attacked without provocation during a 10-minute span in the east end of Toronto on Monday.

All of these incidents occurred in the Leslieville neighborhood, near Queen Street East and Carlaw Avenue.

Toronto police said that at around 11:50 a.m. on July 1, a suspect approached a stranger near Queen Street East and Morse Street and attacked him. Police said the suspect then continued running along Queen Street East.

About five minutes later, the same suspect allegedly approached another stranger and attacked him without provocation near Carlaw and Colgate Streets.

At around noon, a third victim, who also did not know the suspect, reportedly was assaulted by the same man near Colgate and Natalie Place.

The suspect was last seen fleeing the area on foot.

He is described as being between 20 to 40 years old, standing six feet tall, with a slim build, last seen wearing a red basketball cap, a button-up striped shirt, a black shirt underneath, black pants, running shoes, and a black backpack.

Toronto police have released a short video of this wanted person.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-5500 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
