The ambassador Suha Ghandi, Minister of Immigration, confirmed that Egyptians abroad are bright symbols in the communities they live in, and their achievements are always on the rise..

The minister wrote on her Facebook page today, Sunday, on this occasion, I would like to share with you some good and joyful news, which is that Dr. Sherif Hanafi Mahmoud has received the "Pharmacist of Canada" award
for the year 2024. This prestigious award is granted annually by the Canadian Pharmacists Association to a prominent figure in the pharmaceutical field who has made significant contributions in clinical research, pharmacy, and academia in Canada.

Dr. Sherif Hanafi is an Egyptian-Canadian pharmacist, a professor of clinical pharmacy, and also serves as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Alberta in Canada. He has been honored for his contributions and advanced research in the intensive care of patients with brain and nerve hemorrhage, which has been adopted and implemented in 21 hospitals across Canada and throughout North America.

This is indeed a great pride for us and for all of Egypt.. Many congratulations to Dr. Sherif Hanafi, and always the children of Egypt abroad are raising
