Saudi Arabia launches the first international digital wallet to serve pilgrims and Umrah performers.

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched today, Tuesday, in collaboration with the National Bank, the world's first international digital wallet of its kind to serve pilgrims and Umrah performers.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), this digital wallet comes as a convenient and secure means to hold and manage the funds and expenses of the guests of Rahman, supported by a unique and advanced banking infrastructure operated by the National Bank of Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, inaugurated the Nusuk digital wallet, which uses the latest emerging technologies and encryption techniques to ensure the highest security standards for users' financial transactions.

This collaboration between Nusuk and the National Bank of Saudi Arabia sets a new standard for innovation in the region, providing pilgrims and Umrah performers with a convenient, reliable, and secure way to manage their funds.

Dr. Amr Al-Madah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for Pilgrim and Umrah Services, affirmed that this phase marks the beginning of significant changes in the coming period, pointing out the achievement of a leap in collaboration with the banking sector in developing the Nusuk digital wallet, which enhances the experience and comfort of the guests of Rahman and provides them with safe and innovative payment solutions.
