A 19-year-old Chatham resident in Ontario faces a charge of public intoxication after police found him on the streets of Chatham but he thought he was at his girlfriend’s house. According to Chatham-Kent police, at 7:04 a.m. on Saturday, police found a 19-year-old man on Thornhill Crescent, Chatham
under the influence of alcohol.
