The state, through the General Directorate of National Security, has launched a large program to combat crime and delinquency starting from the Souss-Massa region. Moroccans have appreciated this campaign, which enhances security management programs in our country, instills reassurance in society, and curtails sources of destruction for families, minds, and morals.

There is no doubt that all the loyal and patriotic individuals value this significant and costly security effort undertaken by the security institution to cleanse the country from crime and delinquency, from their sources to their locations.

Families and citizens also feel relief from what they see daily in the mobilization, effort, and firmness in dismantling hotspots, defeating networks, and capturing masterminds.

Indeed, only vigilance and firmness are effective against the source of evil composed of the trio "conspirators, saboteurs, and promoters," which employs all human, financial, media, logistical, and technological resources to develop and diversify the security threats facing the kingdom and the conspiracies to weaken state institutions and the structures of society, corrupting minds and behaviors, especially among the youth and students.

Crime and delinquency are among the tools of threat and conspiracy that this trio, coordinated among themselves or individually, tries to spread their destructive effects in society and families by promoting crime, drugs, and triviality, while simultaneously attempting to infiltrate decision-making sites in administration and politics and trying to control the economy, transportation networks, and logistics and creating connections in sectors such as education, art, media, and civil society to reach the broad categories of youth who are the main consumers of their goods.

However, no matter how strong the state's efforts and the robustness of its security institutions and the diversity of its preventive and punitive programs, there must be support and backing from the active forces in society without hesitation!! This is one of the most important duties to weaken that trio and protect the country and its citizens from its conspiracies.

Scholars, preachers, and speakers have a significant impact in society as they communicate with more than 15 million citizens through various programs and occasions, especially on Fridays. Their discourse can penetrate minds and hearts to change behavior.

Teachers guide about 10 million students and trainees in universities and institutes daily, and they communicate with their families. They represent role models for them.

Writers, journalists, artists, athletes, and influencers have millions of readers, followers, and admirers. Their impact transcends borders and reaches vast horizons, and they are organized for the largest events, festivals, and programs.

Political parties, unions, and associations have a communicative outreach throughout the country, with broad categories of society during occasions, elections, and others. The state provides them with the means to fulfill their advocacy duties.

The middle class, composed of administrators in all ministries, institutions, and municipalities, and professionals in all sectors, has daily direct and impactful communication with citizens at work and outside it.

In fact, I could say that all of us, especially the elites, possess multiple and extended circles for communication, interaction, and influence. It is necessary to utilize them in ways that benefit the country and the citizens, especially the youth, and to instill belonging, enhance security, and strengthen commitment.

We are all, without exception, responsible before God for our country and its security and stability, particularly for the youth who are the kingdom's treasure and future. We must respond, individually and collectively, to the quadruple threat of conspiracy: adversaries, conspirators, saboteurs, and traitors.

Through this necessary cooperation between state institutions and societal forces, the constants of the kingdom are established, the immunity of the homeland is strengthened, sources of evil are curtailed, and the wealth and energies of the country, especially the youth, the kingdom's precious treasure and future, are protected.

This is how we fulfill our religious and national duty towards the homeland, as a state and a society, and we achieve our interest by protecting ourselves, our families, our youth, and those who have rights over us from the adversities of time and the evils of delinquency and crime.
