Nineteen people were injured, including a woman in her forties, who is in critical condition, following a fire in an apartment in the "Kochav Yaakov" settlement in the West Bank, in the "Binyamin" area, according to the "Magen David Adom" ambulance service.
It was reported that an 8-year-old child and a man in his forties were in moderate condition, while eight infants and children, among 16 people, sustained minor injuries in the fire, according to the "Times of Israel" newspaper on Sunday.
Many of the victims suffered burns and inhaled smoke, and one of the paramedics from the "Magen David Adom" service said that parents were seen rescuing all their children from the fire in the two-story residential building.
