He commands six brigades, and Israel says he is responsible for managing the area of the city and northern Gaza after the collapse of governmental institutions during the war. The newspaper added that Israel offered $75,000 for his head.

The newspaper noted that "since the attack carried out by Hamas on October 7, the army has managed to eliminate several leaders of the movement. After the assassination of Yahya Sinwar in Rafah, the list of wanted leaders decreased, leaving three prominent Hamas leaders on the assassination lists."

Az al-Din Haddad

Az al-Din Haddad, known as "Abu Suhaib," is the commander of the "Gaza Brigade" in Hamas and one of the veteran fighters in its military wing, and he is nicknamed "the ghost" for surviving several assassination attempts, according to the newspaper.

He commands six brigades, and Israel says he is responsible for managing the area of the city and northern Gaza after the collapse of governmental institutions during the war. The newspaper added that Israel offered $75,000 for his head.

The newspaper also revealed that Haddad "secretly gathered Hamas leaders on October 6 and instructed them to capture as many Israeli soldiers as possible in the initial moments of the attack and transfer them to Gaza, with live broadcasts of operations to seize surrounding settlements."

Mohammed Shabana

Mohammed Shabana is the commander of the "Rafah Brigade" in the "Qassam" Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, and he commands four brigades, including an elite unit that led the surprise attack on October 7.

The newspaper reported that Shabana survived several assassination attempts, including during the ground operation in Rafah, and lost three of his sons in the war. After Sinwar's assassination, rumors spread that he had also been killed, and Israel offers $100,000 for his head.

Mohammed Sinwar

According to "Yedioth Ahronoth," "Mohammed Sinwar, the brother of the assassinated Yahya Sinwar, tops the wanted list; as he is one of the most prominent candidates for the leadership of the movement." Israel believes that Mohammed Sinwar has become a potential alternative.

The newspaper indicates that Mohammed Sinwar is considered more hardline than his brother. Last December, he appeared in a video from a four-kilometer tunnel, where he was filmed moving inside it.
