Police in Toronto arrested a teenager after he stole a car at gunpoint belonging to a 65-year-old man.
On July 4, Toronto police responded to reports of a theft on Rathburn Road and Islington Avenue area.
The police said that when a 65-year-old man stopped his car on the side of the road and got out, three masked men approached him.
Toronto police said one of the men got into the car while another pointed a gun at the man and demanded his keys.
A third suspect allegedly pushed the man away from the road before the three fled in the car.
On Thursday, Toronto police arrested 18-year-old Deondre Roy, who faces multiple charges including robbery with a firearm and failing to comply with supervision.
