After the humanitarian truce in the Gaza Strip came into effect, the second phase, represented by the exchange of prisoners, is scheduled for noon on Friday. The occupation army announced that its prisoners are forbidden from communicating with the media after being handed over by Hamas to the Red Cross, which will transfer them to the occupation army at the Rafah border crossing.

The agreement includes the exchange of 50 prisoners, including women and children, in the Gaza Strip in the first phase, in exchange for the release of a number of Palestinian women and children detained in the occupation's prisons, with plans to increase the number of released prisoners in later stages of implementing the agreement.

The hostages (settlers) will be handed over to the Red Cross, which will transfer them to the Rafah area, where, under the supervision of Egyptian, Qatari, and American mediators, they will be transferred to the occupied Palestinian territories.

Upon being received by the occupation army, the latter will begin releasing the Palestinian female prisoners and children according to the agreed-upon number, at a rate of one Israeli prisoner for every three Palestinian prisoners.

It is also noted that one of the female prisoners named Yokhved Livschitz, who was released by the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, in the past period, caused wide controversy after the media statements she gave following her release, which were circulated by most media outlets worldwide and refuted the narrative of the occupation army, which continuously claims that Hamas treats its prisoners harshly, thus exposing the falsehoods of the Zionist entity's statements to the world.

The prisoner had confirmed that Hamas treated them well and humanely and provided them with all means of comfort.
