The Israeli army acknowledged today, Monday, that 14 soldiers were injured in battles in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours.
The occupation army stated in a statement quoted by the "Al Jazeera" network that 3,703 officers and soldiers have been injured since the beginning of the war, among them 1,878 during the ground operation.
The statement added that 254 officers and soldiers are still receiving medical treatment for injuries sustained in the Gaza battles, 32 of whom have serious wounds.
Since October 7, Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza with full American support, resulting in more than 118,000 Palestinian martyrs and injured, most of them children and women, and about 10,000 missing amid massive destruction and famine that has claimed the lives of children and elderly.
As a result of the war, 2 million Palestinians have been displaced from their homes, currently living in difficult humanitarian conditions, facing a severe shortage of fuel, medicine, and basic necessities of life due to Israel's closure of the crossings.
