Toronto may experience rainfall rates of up to 40 mm per hour, with rainfall amounts ranging from 30 to 60 mm during this week.

The Canadian Environment noted that higher local amounts may occur this afternoon, Saturday, continuing into the evening, and this weather typically combines sunny conditions with heavy rainfall.

The Ministry of Environment's statement also indicated that flooding is not expected; however, rivers in the Greater Toronto Area may experience higher than usual water levels and flows.

It is worth mentioning that there is a potential risk of a thunderstorm in the morning and afternoon in Toronto, with temperatures rising to 27 degrees Celsius, and rain will continue tomorrow, Sunday, with temperatures reaching 26 degrees Celsius during the daytime.
