A storm struck the town of Aldershot in England, southwest of London, causing property damage and fallen trees, according to the British news agency (PA Media) on Saturday.
The Hurricane and Storm Research Agency stated that it tracked the movement of the hurricane and found it to be two kilometers in diameter.
The hurricane, which occurred at 12 PM yesterday (Friday), did not result in any injuries in the town, according to the local council.
A spokesperson for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said: 'Firefighters were part of a joint response to an incident in Aldershot yesterday, after damage occurred to several properties and trees due to strong winds.'
