The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by extremist officials and settlers, noting that these violations represent "an provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world."

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement today on Thursday, "expressed the Kingdom's condemnation of the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by a number of officials in the Israeli occupation government, Knesset members, and extremist settlers, and the occupation authorities allowing extremists to organize a provocative march in the occupied city of Jerusalem under the protection of the occupation forces."

The Kingdom affirmed that "these violations represent a provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world, especially in light of the ongoing war and acts of violence against unarmed Palestinian civilians in Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories."

The Israeli occupation carried out a campaign of incursions and assaults in various cities and towns of the West Bank on Wednesday, coinciding with its allowance for settlers to desecrate the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
