Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree regarding granting Russian citizenship to foreigners who have signed a contract for service in the Russian Armed Forces and their family members.
The official Russian legal information portal stated today, Thursday, that the decree stipulates that foreign citizens who concluded a contract for military service in the Russian Armed Forces or military formations during the period of the military operation in Ukraine will have their applications for Russian citizenship accepted.
The decree also stipulates granting Russian citizenship to the family members of these individuals.
