The Polish Border Guard Agency announced today, Monday, the arrival of 31,900 refugees coming from Ukraine in the past 24 hours; bringing the total number of Ukrainians fleeing to Poland since February 2022 to more than 18.3 million people.
The agency added - according to Radio Poland in its English-language bulletin - that about 26,100 Ukrainians left Poland yesterday, Sunday, heading to their country; bringing the total number of returnees so far to more than 16.5 million people.
Poland had passed in March 2022 a bill providing a support package for Ukrainian refugees fleeing their country, granting them legal residence and ensuring their right to education, healthcare, and social services
