The occupying entity announced the temporary suspension of transferring millions of tax payments to the authority in the West Bank, claiming its support for the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.
Right-wing extremist Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said in a tweet on X, "Due to the authority's support for the Hamas attack, I asked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to study in the cabinet as soon as possible whether those payments should continue to be transferred."
He also added, "Until a decision is made, we are stopping the transfer of the payments."
