The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates confirmed today, Thursday, that the boasting of Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir about the crime of killing occupation soldiers, the day before yesterday, the child Rami al-Halhouli "13 years old" from the Shuafat camp in Jerusalem, requires the International Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant against him immediately, considering that Ben-Gvir is inciting the commission of more crimes and boasting publicly, and constitutes a political and legal cover for terrorist elements.

The ministry condemned, in a press statement, Ben-Gvir's public boasting of his explicit and clear support for the killer of the child al-Halhouli, and confirms the desire to kill as is the case with criminal gangs and bandits.

The statement pointed out that Ben-Gvir's statements regarding awarding the killer a medal and that he does not deserve to be investigated is conclusive evidence that the political level in Netanyahu's far-right coalition not only incites the killing of Palestinians for no reason, but also boasts about it and provides protection and legitimacy to criminals and killers, and also proves that any investigations conducted by Israel are formal and have nothing to do with the law, and their goal is to absorb any international pressures regarding the crimes committed daily against Palestinians.

The Sputnik agency had quoted Ben-Gvir telling journalists that he arrived at the investigation center, accompanied by two lawyers defending the policeman who was summoned to provide his testimony. He added: "They are trying to discourage the determination of our fighters, and they should not have summoned him here. The heroic policeman did what we expect of him." He continued, "I will work to grant him a certificate of appreciation.. He should receive a reward, not an investigation."

A video clip circulated on social media showed the child Rami al-Halhouli (13 years old) playing with fireworks with other children, then the Israeli policeman shot him dead, and the Israeli police announced the opening of an investigation into the incident.
