The Mexican national team managed to achieve a thrilling 4-0 victory over Honduras in the second leg, after being down 2-0 from the first leg. With this achievement, Mexico qualified for the semifinals of the CONCACAF Nations League, where they will face Canada in March in Los Angeles.

• First half: Despite Mexico's dominance, the team struggled to break through Honduras' defense, with Edson Alvarez missing a clear chance. However, Raúl Jiménez managed to score the opening goal three minutes before the end of the first half after a cross from Jesús Orozco.
