The Jordanian Armed Forces carried out today, Thursday, two air drops in cooperation with Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman, to provide relief and food aid to the Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip.
A military source responsible in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces announced that the air drop operation, which came under royal directives, was to support and assist the families and brothers in the Gaza Strip, stand with them, and alleviate the effects of the raging Israeli war on the strip.
The military source confirmed that the Jordanian Armed Forces "the Arab Army" continue sending aid through an air bridge to deliver humanitarian and medical aid, whether through aid aircraft from Marka Airport to Al-Arish International Airport or through air drop operations on the northern Gaza Strip.
Egyptian media also reported the takeoff of a number of Egyptian and Emirati military transport aircraft from Al-Arish Airport to carry out night air drop operations of tens of tons of urgent relief aid and supplies to alleviate the severe humanitarian crisis suffered by Palestinian citizens in northern Gaza.
The aid included large quantities of food, medicines, and urgent needs that were dropped by air in various areas of the northern strip, which lacks the basic elements of life due to the continued Israeli military operations.
This comes within the framework of efforts made in coordination with all effective regional and international powers to achieve calm and implement urgent aid to alleviate the humanitarian disaster inside the Gaza Strip.
