The Palestinian short film «Sangina Poem» by director Anni Skap competes for the Best Short Documentary Film Award and the Audience Award at the Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival in Canada, where it is witnessing its world premiere. The festival is held from Thursday, April 25 to Sunday, May 5, and is one of the most important festivals specializing in documentary films globally.
It is worth mentioning that the film Sangina Poem is directed by Anni Skap, with Paul Lee participating in writing and production, and features Selena, Hanna, and Anni Skap. It is a joint Canadian-Palestinian-Jordanian production. The film is based on the childhood of generations who remember the homeland.
