The Canadian Ministry of Defense announced yesterday, Tuesday, that since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Kyiv has delivered more than 8,000 tons of military aid.
The Canadian Defense said: "In recent years, we have provided nearly 16 million pounds sterling (about 8,000 tons) of military aid destined for Ukraine," according to the Ukrainian Ukrinform agency.
It is noteworthy that Canada transports its military aid and weapons from allies from its base in Scotland, where three Canadian cargo planes and about 60 military personnel are stationed.
