Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah issued today, Thursday, an emirate order appointing Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah as Prime Minister and assigning him to nominate the members of the new government.
The emirate order, which was broadcast by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), stated that after consultations and acceptance of the resignation of the former Prime Minister, Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah was appointed Prime Minister and tasked with nominating the members of the new cabinet and presenting their names to the Emir of the country to issue a decree appointing them.
Who is Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah?
He was born on October 10, 1955, and is 68 years old.
He has held many different positions, including Ambassador of Kuwait to America, Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, and many distinguished memberships and high positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics, as well as a PhD and a master's degree in economics from Harvard University.
His father is the late Emir of Kuwait "Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah".
His mother is Sheikha Nuriya Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
