A 42-year-old woman in the city of Yulee, Texas, has been charged with attempted murder and injury to a child after she allegedly tried to drown two children in a community pool and made racist statements towards their Palestinian mother.

According to CNN, Elizabeth Wolf, 42, has been charged with public intoxication, attempted murder, and injury to a child.

The Palestinian mother told investigators last May that "Wolf made racist remarks towards her at the pool, then tried to drown her 6-year-old son and her 3-year-old daughter."

This incident comes amid the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in the death of 37,598 people and injuries to 86,032 others since October 7.

Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza issued the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the 261st day of the conflict.

They stated through their official channel on the Telegram app today, Sunday, that "the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, resulting in 47 martyrs and 121 injuries reaching the hospitals."
