Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash, adviser to the Palestinian president, said that "the Israeli occupation targets the Palestinian identity, confiscates land, and expands the construction of illegal settlements."

He added during an intervention via the "Cairo News" screen, today Tuesday, that "the Israeli occupation continues to violate international laws and does not adhere to international charters."

He affirmed "the Palestinians' adherence to their right to the occupied land and confronting Israeli settlement," clarifying that "the Palestinian narrative is fundamentally based on international law and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people."

He stressed that "the Palestinian people will not accept the Israeli attempts to separate the Gaza Strip from the West Bank," pointing out that "the Palestinians will not accept cooperation with Israel to manage the Gaza Strip away from the Palestinian leadership."

Medical sources announced, today Tuesday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 37,925, most of them children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7.

The sources added that the number of injuries has risen to 87,141 since the start of the aggression, while thousands of victims remain under the rubble.

They indicated that the occupation committed 3 massacres in the past 24 hours, resulting in 25 martyrs and 81 injured.

It clarified that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, and rescue and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
