The World Bank estimates that about 45% of residential buildings in the Gaza Strip have been completely destroyed, meaning that about one million people have completely lost their homes in the area.

The World Bank reported the complete destruction of 34,000 homes due to the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October, out of 55,000 homes, with a destruction rate reaching nearly 60%, according to the Palestinian News Agency.

The occupation forces deliberately carried out unprecedented systematic destruction in their war on the Gaza Strip, affecting all aspects of life, including neighborhoods, residential blocks, schools, hospitals, banks, markets, bakeries, and others.

The Israeli aggression resulted in the leveling of entire neighborhoods across different parts of the Gaza Strip to the ground through explosions, deliberately and not only by aerial bombardment.

Satellite images also revealed areas that have been completely or nearly completely destroyed in Beit Hanoun, Al-Shujaiya, and others.
