The Palestinian refugee relief and works agency "UNRWA" stated that children in Gaza suffer from psychological pressures beyond their childhood limits due to insecurity, lack of food and water, and repeated displacement over more than ten months.

It added in a post on its official page on the "X" platform today, Tuesday, that "the UNRWA social work teams strive to alleviate children's suffering and enhance their psychological resilience, using available resources."

It noted the implementation of an initiative titled "Recycling Environmental Waste and Creating Models and Children's Toys" at one of UNRWA's shelters to alleviate children's suffering.

In a preliminary toll, the number of martyrs has risen since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip on the seventh of October to about 40,173 martyrs, and 92,857 injured, the majority of whom are women and children, and thousands of victims who are still under the rubble and in the streets where they cannot be reached.
