The Israeli occupation army claimed that, in cooperation with the General Security Service, it was able to recover the bodies of 6 individuals held by the resistance, namely: Yagiv Bochtshaf, Alexander Dentsig, Avraham Munder, Yoram Metsger, Nadav Poplovil, and Chaim Perry, from the Khan Younis area.
The spokesperson for the Israeli occupation army, Avichai Adrai, stated via his official page on the platform "X" that "the operation was carried out by the paratrooper brigade fighters, the Yahalom unit fighters, and the 75th battalion under the command of the 98th division, in cooperation with the General Security Service forces."
He claimed that "the success of the operation was due to accurate information from the Shin Bet, intelligence units, and the Kidnapped Persons Directorate in the intelligence department, which resulted in locating the bodies in the Khan Younis area."
He noted that "the kidnapped persons team from the manpower department collaborated with the Forensic Institute and the Israeli police to identify the detainees and inform their families."
He pointed out the ongoing efforts of all military and intelligence operations to achieve the supreme national mission of returning all detainees.
