Coinciding with any earthquake occurring anywhere on Earth, the name of the Dutch seismologist Frank Hoogerbeets reappears, especially if he had predicted that earthquake a few days prior.

After the violent earthquake in Turkey, it became clear that Frank Hoogerbeets had also predicted the earthquake in Morocco, which had a magnitude of 7 on the Richter scale, resulting in thousands of deaths and injuries.

This controversial scientist has recently spoken about his predictions today, Wednesday, September 13, 2023, through his regular newsletter published on the social media accounts of the geological agency SSGEOS he is affiliated with, forecasting future seismic activities.

Hoogerbeets stated that there could be some clusters of strong earthquakes occurring around September 15 to 17, adding that seismic activity might reach 6 to 7 degrees between September 19 to 21.

Hoogerbeets also said: "It is likely that it won't be long until a larger earthquake occurs... If you are near the coasts of Portugal or Spain or Morocco... you should be aware of the danger that lies along the coast... there could indeed be significant seismic activity... and if that happens, it will result in a tsunami, and you need to be aware of that."

He added: "We need to look at the positions of the planets and the moon to interpret this activity... It is a known phenomenon in seismology that there is often a clustering of stronger earthquakes... then we have several days, perhaps even a week, without a single larger earthquake. I have previously warned about this possibility of strong and major seismic activity following the critical planetary alignments on September 4 and 6, and it should not be underestimated."
