The Ministry of Education in the Canadian province of Quebec announced the allocation of three million dollars, which has been sent to school service centers to purchase and install heart rate regulators in every educational institution from elementary to secondary, as well as vocational training centers and adult training centers.
The ministry indicated during press statements yesterday, Wednesday, that 50% of elementary schools in Quebec do not have such devices, noting that while they are now present in 90% of secondary schools, this is primarily due to donations or social funding campaigns.
